My workshop is under US sanctions on the SDN (Specially Designated and Blocked Persons) list since June 5, 2023, due to which the products are prohibited from sale in 50 US states and 26 European countries.

In addition, there are general sanctions that greatly complicate international trade: Etsy, Ebay, PayPal, Western Union, MoneyGram, Transfergo services do not work in Russia. Therefore, it is currently impossible to buy my products in “two clicks”.

However, if you want to buy my products, there are services that continue to work and allow you to transfer money (IntelExpress for the USA and Corona Pay for the European Union)

Delivery services work well, but there are delays (in the USA, a parcel can take 3-4 weeks, in Europe 2-3 weeks). Countries where postal service is currently closed: Australia, Poland, Syria, Ukraine, Finland, Jamaica, Samoa, Congo, Yemen, Guam, Bhutan, Bolivia and a number of other countries. It is also worth considering that the cost of a parcel to the USA or Europe depends on the weight and destination, and on average ranges from 45 to 75 euros.

Packaging: Much attention was paid to developing a reliable packaging method. I have sent over two thousand parcels with ceramics to the USA and Europe, and the number of broken ones is 0.4%. The percentage is very small. But if this happened to you, I provide a personal delivery guarantee: you just need to write to me, and I will send a replacement at my own expense without any additional payments on your part.

Моя мастерская находится под санкциями США в списке SDN (Specially Designated and Blocked Persons) с 5 июня 2023 года, в связи с чем изделия запрешены к продаже на территории 50 штатов америки и 26 стран европы.

Дополнительно существуют и общие санкции, сильно затрудняющие международную торговлю: в России не работают сервисы Etsy, Ebay, PayPal, Western Union, MoneyGram, Transfergo. Поэтому купить мои изделия в “два клика” на данный момент не получится.

Однако, если вы хотите приобрести мои изделия, существуют сервисы, которые продолжают работу, и позволяют переводить деньги (IntelExpress для США и Corona Pay для Евросоюза)

Службы доставки работают хорошо, но наблюдаются задержки (в США посылка может идти 3-4 недели, в Европу 2-3 недели). Страны, куда на данный момент закрыто почтовое сообщение: Австралия, Польша, Сирия, Украина, Финляндия, Ямайка, Самоа, Конго, Йемен, Гуам, Бутан, Боливия и ряд других стран. Так же стоит учитывать, что стоимость посылки в США или Европу зависит от веса и пункта назначения, и в среднем составляет от 45 до 75 евро.

Упаковка: Большое внимание было уделено разработке надежного метода упаковки. Я отправил свыше двух тысяч посылок с керамикой в США и Европу, и количество разбитых составляет 0,4% Процент очень маленький.
